Last Monday was free ice cream cone day at DQ. It also just happened to be the warmest day of the year at a beautiful 72 degrees out. I decided to venture out on a beautiful "Summer" night to get my free ice cream. HOLY LINE!!! It was insane, but to be expected with free ice cream and beautiful weather. I have to say I was extremely impressed with how quickly the line was moving. One of the employees forewarned the line that they may run out of cones and offered a cup should this occur. I would take free ice cream either way, but have to admit I was happy I was able to get my cake cone.The coupon said vanilla ice cream however they were kind enough to allow me to get my favorite flavor chocolate. Obviously, I'll return to DQ because I live behind there and on warm summer nights walking the dog we need our ice cream fix. I prefer soft serve over regular ice cream. Kudos on moving the line quickly on free ice cream day DQ!

I would love to get ice cream from here everyday but I don't think my pants size would appreciate this habit. This Dairy Queen is fairly small and there aren't many tables inside so I usually don't stick around after I get my ice cream. I've never had a problem with the service here and they are friendly. This location doesn't have the full food menu so I've never ordered anything but ice cream. My favorites are butterscotch-dipped cone and blizzards. Try the new Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard!

I'm actually here pretty often since I have a love affair with the Mango Smoothie. I remember showing up less than 10 minutes before closing time on one occasion, and while I can tell that the employees were a bit sad at the possibility of not being able to close and get home a little sooner, they still took my order with a smile and great attitude. My smoothie is always well mixed, great flavor, filled to the top, and not spilling out of its container. I will definitely be back again.. and again to this location. Keep up the good work! :-)

My parents live in one of the townhouses nearby so we usually walk to Dominick's for shopping or evening walk. I was not a fan for american frozen yogurt, since i like the sour fermented asian yogurt more. However, out of blue moon in one super humid summer afternoon, I decides to try the ice cream. I got the berry brownie blizzard. It's really good! So good that I went back for another one few days later. And their service is really good - very professional, fast, and nice. The store is very clean as well. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen!

I live around the corner so I go here every once in a while. Now that it is a dual Orange Julius / DQ I get smoothies sometimes as well. I don't know why everyone is complaining about the service. I have never had a problem. There is usually a line during the summer, but you just have to be prepared for that. It isn't a service issue. Keep in mind though, it will be high school kids who work here. They have quick turnaround in terms of employes, so service can change whenever.

I am currently addicted to orange julius, so to my delight I just stumbled upon this location. The first time I went in my hubby waited in the car with our little since she had fallen asleep, when I got back into the car I literally couldn't even speak I was absolutely dumbfounded. When I walked in I had ordered a large orange julius, as I waited for the one girl to make it I made small talk with the cashier. I said "I'm so happy I found you guys, I didn't know you were here." She just stared at me with this horrified confused look on her face and disgustedly replied "what do you mean?" I could only assume that she thought I meant her specifically from her reaction. So I explained that I meant I was talking about the dairy queen. Yikes. So then the girl comes and hands me my drink. It was delicious, then the nest time it was like drinking a cup of orange powder, then it was perfect, then it was a big expensive cup of orange juice. There is no consistency! I will say that I will continue to frequent this establishment because it's near my house but I plan on sipping my drink before I walk out because for that price it better be good! The plus side of this place is there are a few guys that work there that typically are the ones that are dead on and very pleasant. Its a pretty clean DQ as well no sticky floors. Until I get on my next kick you'll find me here pretty often.

The lack of 2 stars is based of one time about 5 years ago when this Dairy Queen was so badly managed that i literally and casually walked out of there without paying for a mountain dew that i came into get because the staff were young, stupid teenagers goofing off in the back. I got a mountain dew out of the fridge, went to the counter to go pay for it and not one employee (though they did see me there) came to ring me up, so i just walked out with it casually...just thought i'd share that amusing story/experience...it is, however, managed alot better now, mainly with people i went to school with and/or have seen around before!
